About The Teacher
Mrs. Romps graduated from Northern Michigan University with a degree in elementary education with minors in math and science. I currently live in Plymouth with my husband and three daughters. My oldest one is in college at UW Oshkosh, and my twins are in high school. I enjoy gardening, reading, walking outside, and eating great food:) My favorite foods are pizza and chocolate:) My passion is science! I earned a Master's Degree in Education with a specialization in K-8 science. I love being a middle school teacher!
Mission For The Class
In science class, we cover all areas of science including life science, earth and environmental science, and physical science. I am a firm believer in STEM (science technology engineering and math) concepts. Science is a fun and interesting class!
In math class, we will follow the Common Core Standards for math. Math will intersect with science sometimes (STEM). Math will also be a FUN class!
